no sitting
Rigged the computer so I have to stand. Web surfing is down to a minimum. Very healthy this week food and activity.

Trouser motivation
As I've been lagging behind the enthusiam lately, found the perfect thing - trousers I need to fit into early next week and they're a bit tight. There's no stopping me. Excercising, long walks, gardening, lots of activity all day.
Watched this video for extra motivation - reminded me of my old commuter days in London - never saw anything like this.
City Gents like you wouldn't believe in this - running and jumping across the City.

In the flow
After another log-in hiccup back again. Those excercises from the doctor plus the new eating regime has meant no snacking and lots of activity.

New resolve
Military excercises from the doctor for my back which need to be done several times minimum daily plus started a new eating plan.

Hassle - who needs it!
I'm realising that motivation is coming fast through focusing on 'hassle'.
I HATE HASSLE
So I'm eliminating it.
Sure, there's some you can't help receiving- but if you are creating it yourself, then it needs to go.

Back to normal
Lots of walking and excercises once more.
Watched the gymnastics on tv. Someone asked jokingly if I'd ever done anything like it and I mentioned my hobby. They had no idea what I was talking about. I find it's easier to keep quiet then starting long winded explanations and then get annoying questions.

Back playing up
Haven't been able to excercise properly as back is still causing problems. This morning I had to kneel down when I needed to go online.
No walks today but did relaxation excercises lying down.

Login nightmares
Finally back after some technical hitches.
Here's where I walked yesterday. No photos but a good description and clarification why I didn't see one single overweight person LOL

Looked round the Cathedral - I love being there. All that history.

Unexpected bonus at the Museum - a travelling art exhibition featuring Turner, Raphael and lots of other big names.

When I got back off the bus to the village, I was taken on a detour through back lanes I never knew existed, (I've always thought I was the footpath queen) so arrived home totally shattered.
