Feet were causing a lot of problems lately, so excercise has been intermittent, continued with walking.
Causes
* inside of trainer sandals - reaction with bare feet, much better with insoles
*toenail cutting - too short - ingrowing.
*Had blood test in case another problem - no results so far
* feet get too hot - pain
* not flexible enough for steep slopes - need to do specific excercises
