Couldn't get into the blog again for ages. No idea why it's getting so complicated and the passwords don't work.

Still, been doing a lot of excercising lately. Been reading about some new tv ads featuring parkour, hope to see one soon.

Was reading some interesting articles about competitive stair running. Not heard of that before.
