Back on track
Walking and lots of excercising. Cutting down dramatically on yeast products has made a big difference.

Chiropodist
Toes hurting again. Forgot to post before that saw a chiropodist x 2 some months back after seeing DR who told me to go there. Possible osteo in big toe - given excs - painful to do. May need to start doing them again.
Or it's the way I sit at the computer, noticed that my toes are bent up against the panel on the inside of the desk - must stop doing that and see if it makes a difference.

Back to normal
Feet recovered. Lapsed with fitness lately.
Saw a news article, young teenage boy jumping between roofs 40 fts up, unfortunately fell down. Luckily had a mate with him to call for help. Lots of online discussions about that accident.

Slow progress
Feet were causing a lot of problems lately, so excercise has been intermittent, continued with walking.
Causes
* inside of trainer sandals - reaction with bare feet, much better with insoles
*toenail cutting - too short - ingrowing.
*Had blood test in case another problem - no results so far
* feet get too hot - pain
* not flexible enough for steep slopes - need to do specific excercises

New Year, new resolutions
One resolution I am going to try to keep up with starting next week is physio excs x 2 daily. I've lapsed completely over the holidays.
Starting the hard walks next Wednesday as I took over 2 weeks off my walking job and putting it mildly I'm dreading it as my feet have been playing up. I think it was down to the last lot of physio recommended (hamstrings using elastic band) in combination with some extremely steep terrain, plus chilblains in the toes.
Thanks Zak for your message, appreciate it. For some reason whenever I try commenting on other people's blogs not sure if it's my computer or what but my message is never posted as it keeps saying my passwords are incorrect.

Lodge Lane
Walked a very long way from my house to Lodge Lane (and further) this week on 3 consecutive days - and lived! First day feet killing me and had to return via 3 muddy fields. Days 2 and 3 walked a different route and felt better. Much fitter.
On Saturday I saw some youngish teens attempt parkour outside the library. Must have been total beginners. I had to restrain myself from giving my worldly wisdom.

stairs and hills
Wasn't even that tired after over 2-3 hrs steep stairs and hills each day this week, surprise as last week I was exhausted walking on the flat. New exc from the physio.

November
Very active, much walking, excercises.
Physio exc causing a lot of pain back of legs
Solved the mystery of red feet - the new sandals I've been using with bare feet and excercise.
