Lots of walking and excercises once more.
Watched the gymnastics on tv. Someone asked jokingly if I'd ever done anything like it and I mentioned my hobby. They had no idea what I was talking about. I find it's easier to keep quiet then starting long winded explanations and then get annoying questions.

Can you be too old to run? Don't think so as I just read about a 104 yrs old sprinter. So I'm in with a chance then.
