New Routine

Started back on the stair running plus other excercises - twice daily

1. running up and downstairs 8 times
2. press ups against the stairs
3. running on the spot, arms up and down stretched out at sides
4. weights (cans etc)
5. REPEAT

Floor- back excers. Yoga. Sit ups. Aerobic style exc standing up.

Hope to get the stair running sets going up as the weeks progress

Very long walks - 3 consecutive days, shorter walks on other days

New Year, new resolutions

One resolution I am going to try to keep up with starting next week is physio excs x 2 daily. I've lapsed completely over the holidays.

Starting the hard walks next Wednesday as I took over 2 weeks off my walking job and putting it mildly I'm dreading it as my feet have been playing up. I think it was down to the last lot of physio recommended (hamstrings using elastic band) in combination with some extremely steep terrain, plus chilblains in the toes.
