New Routine

Started back on the stair running plus other excercises - twice daily

1. running up and downstairs 8 times
2. press ups against the stairs
3. running on the spot, arms up and down stretched out at sides
4. weights (cans etc)
5. REPEAT

Floor- back excers. Yoga. Sit ups. Aerobic style exc standing up.

Hope to get the stair running sets going up as the weeks progress

Very long walks - 3 consecutive days, shorter walks on other days
